"Best tacos I’ve had in Kansas City hands down. Not to mention the staff is always so sweet and the service is fast. They’re also open late so it’s perfect for those late night snacks or a quick stop after hitting the bars. The prices are great, I will literally never go to Taco Bell again. 10/10 recommend."

"I’ve had one of the best taco truck service here at KC Birria. The truck is located on 5th Street and has been serving delicious Mexican street food for over 10 years. The owners, Juan and Maria Ramirez, are known for their authentic recipes and friendly service. One of their most popular dishes is the birria tacos, which are made with tender, slow-cooked beef and topped with fresh onions, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. The flavors are incredible and the portions are generous. It's no wonder that KC Birria has become a favorite among locals and tourists alike."

"Woke up hungry, hit the streets on a late nite (1am) hunger run and came across them. Great Customer service is EVERYTHING TO me. Which they absolutely soars in. Sergio the man! Them Tacos simply amazing . I will definitely stop by on the next tour. KC you not living life if you haven't tried they quesa birriia Ijs."
